Product Characteristics

Hand-picked from tea trees that grow natively in the
mountains of Kochi. The tea leaves are fermented overnight
before roasting to give it a signature flowery scent. It has a lighter taste than sencha and is characterized by its high aroma.
All tea picking is done by hand, so you can eat tea leaves
after enjoying tea.
Enjoy the crispness of the tea leaves by sprinkling over salad or into a vinegar sauce.
