Product Characteristics

Carefully raised in a tropical greenhouse with long daylight
hours. In winter, heating systems are used to cultivated the best environment for melons.
By leaving only one fruit on each tree, we pour of all the nutrients into one fruit to grow high-quality melons with high sugar content.
We use isolation sheets during cultivation, which is rare in Japan. We assure out melons have high sugar content and strong umami by thoroughly controlling the water content using these isolation sheets to apply more water stress.
